Fundamentals of Facility Management (3 Day Course)

This interactive program facility managers the core skills needed to run safe, efficient, and cost‑effective facilities. Participants learn practical strategies through real‑world examples, group activities, and an applied action‑plan project. No prior facility management experience is required. 

Upon completing this 12-hour program, participants will be able to: 

  • Apply the facility manager’s role strategically to support organizational goals and customer satisfaction 
  • Make informed operational decisions using data, metrics and modern facility management technologies
  • Improve efficiency and cost effectiveness by aligning resources, budgets and service delivery models 
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that strengthen safety, reliability and long‑term facility performance

Session 3:

Corrective actions & contingency planning 

Preventive & predictive maintenance 

The expanding role of AI in facility management
